Benefit Package
In recognition of the contributions of our employees, Oxford Bank offers a competitive benefit package that assists our employees in maintaining their health and well-being. We offer the following benefits to full-time employees:
Health Insurance: Oxford Bank offers medical coverage through Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Michigan. Depending upon the plan elected, employees contribute from 10% to 30% toward the premium cost. Our plans offer prescription co-pays from $10.00 to $30.00, with a $60.00 co-pay for non-formulary drugs.
Dental Insurance: Dental coverage is offered through ADN Dental Group. Employees contribute 25% toward the plan premium.
Vision Insurance: Benefits are provided through Spectera. Spectera coordinates with a wide network of providers.
Life Insurance: Oxford Bank provides company-paid group life and dependent life insurance. Employee life insurance is two times base salary, spousal coverage is $5000 and dependent coverage is $2500. Employees also have the opportunity to purchase supplemental life insurance.
Long Term Disability: Oxford Bank provides company-paid Long Term Disability insurance.
Cafeteria Flexible Benefit Plans: Employees can elect to save money by paying eligible expenses on a pre-tax basis. A Health Care Spending account can be used to pay certain health care expenses, or a Dependent Care Spending account can be used to pay for eligible dependent care expenses.
Sick Days: Employees are eligible for up to ten sick days a year to allow time away from work for the illness of the employee or their minor children.
Personal Business Days: We recognize that personal emergencies do occur. We provide employees with the benefit of six paid personal days each year.
Bereavement: Employees receive four paid days off to attend to personal matters during the loss of a family member.
Holidays: Oxford Bank compensates our employees for six holidays. Recognized holidays include: New Years Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day.

401(k) Retirement Plan: Our 401(k) plan provides a wide range of investment options. We will match each dollar that an employee contributes up to 6% of compensation.
Profit Sharing: Oxford Bank offers a discretionary profit sharing plan to all employees in recognition of the personal participation of our employees in the growth and financial success of our organization.
Tuition Reimbursement: We support our employees in their development and growth of their careers at the Bank. Our tuition reimbursement program provides employees with financial assistance to continue their education in a bank-related study. Full-time employees are eligible for $2000 reimbursement per calendar year, up to and including graduate level courses. A full-time employee can be reimbursed up to 70% of the approved curriculum. Both full-time and part-time employees are encouraged to take advantage of training opportunities with 100% advance payment made by Oxford Bank.
Vacation: A generous vacation policy provides employees with paid time off from work. Oxford Bank recognizes and rewards service and dedication by increasing employee vacation benefits in accordance with years of service.
Employee Assistance Program (EAP): Our EAP provides confidential assistance to our employees and their family members to help resolve any concerns that are affecting their personal or work life.
