Health Insurance: Oxford Bank offers medical and prescription drug coverage through United Heathcare. Our plan offers prescription co-pays from $10.00 to $50.00.

Dental Insurance: Dental coverage is offered through ADN Dental Group. Employees contribute 25% toward the plan premium.

Vision Insurance: Benefits are provided through National Vision Administrators (NVA). NVA coordinates with a wide network of providers.

Life Insurance: Oxford Bank provides company-paid group life and dependent life insurance. Employee life insurance is two times base salary, spousal coverage is $5000 and dependent coverage is $2500. Employees also have the opportunity to purchase supplemental life insurance.

Long Term Disability: Oxford Bank provides company-paid Long Term Disability insurance.

Short Term Disability: Oxford Bank employees have the opportunity to purchase STD coverage.

Cafeteria Flexible Benefit Plans: Employees can elect to save money by paying eligible expenses on a pre-tax basis. A Health Care Spending account can be used to pay certain health care expenses, or a Dependent Care Spending account can be used to pay for eligible dependent care expenses.

Bereavement: Employees receive these paid days off to attend to personal matters following the loss of a family member.

Holidays: Oxford Bank compensates our employees for ten holidays. Recognized holidays include: New Years Day, Martin Luther King Day, Presidents Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Columbus Day, Veterans Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day.
