Branch Lobbies Accessible by Appointments Only Effective Nov. 20, 2020

After careful consideration, to protect the health and safety of our team members, customers, and communities, we have decided to temporarily suspend access to all branch lobbies effective Friday, November 20, 2020. All locations will continue to be available by appointment only or by using our drive-through ITM services. We are committed to providing the best possible service to our customers without having to physically enter the building.

  • Drive-Through ITM Locations
    Our ITM services will continue to be available Monday - Friday 7 a.m. - 8 p.m. and Saturday 7 a.m. - 5 p.m. To view a list of locations, click here.
     
  • Online Banking
    You can easily access your accounts using our online banking and mobile banking tools. To do so, please visit www.oxfordbank.com or download the "Oxford on the Go" mobile app from your App Store.
     
  • In-Person Appointments
    If you need to conduct your banking in-person, please contact your local branch or call (248) 628-2533 to schedule an appointment. Masks are required to enter any of our branches.

We will continue to monitor the situation closely and are following guidance from our local governments and the CDC. We will post the most up-to-date information on our website and Facebook page as we navigate this topic together.
