Matt Lowman serves as Oxford Bank's Executive Vice President and Chief Lending Officer. Having over 20 years' experience in banking and leadership, Matt recently came to Oxford Bank in 2015 from another financial institution, where he served as their Senior Vice President and Senior Lender. Matt holds a Bachelor's Degree in Economics and Management from Albion College.
Mark Morrison serves as Oxford Bank's Senior Lender of Commercial Banking. Mark has over 20 years' of experience in the banking and financial service industry, which prior to joining Oxford Bank Mark had a leadership position with a regional bank. Mark holds Bachelor's and Master's Degrees in Business Administration from Central Michigan University.
Rob Marschall serves as Oxford Bank's Senior Vice President of Commercial Lending. Rob has over 15 years' of experience in the banking industry covering SE Michigan for all of his career. Rob recently came to Oxford Bank in 2016 from another financial institution, where he served as their Senior Business Banker and Player Coach. Rob holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from the University of Michigan, and an MBA in Finance from Wayne State University.
Having a strong background as a Business Banker, Tracey Siarkowski joined Oxford Bank in 2015 as our Vice President of Business Banking. Bringing with her more than 15 years' banking experience, Tracey demonstrates Oxford Bank's sophistication and capabilities to service our clients better than larger national banks and with a higher level of responsiveness and flexibility. Tracey holds a Bachelor's Degree in Corporate Finance from Central Michigan University, and a Masters in Management Degree from Walsh College.
Jeremy is the Head of Treasury Management at Oxford Bank, having joined the Bank with extensive experience in Treasury Management Operations, Sales, Customer Service, and Implementation. Jeremy holds a Bachelor's Degree from Grand Valley State University, and a Master's Degree in Economics from Walsh College. Jeremy has over 15 years' experience, including a background in Treasury, IT, Business Development, Payment Processing, and Web Design.
Brad Kirkland joined Oxford Bank in 2016 as our Vice President of Business Banking. With over 15 years' of commercial banking experience, Brad brings with him a knowledge base of working with a wide variety of customers from various industries. Service as his clients' trusted adviser and helping them obtain the financing necessary to grow their business, Brad prides himself in the responsiveness and attention to detail that his clients deserve. Brad holds a Bachelor's Degree in Economics and Finance from Central Michigan University.
Pat Sperti has over 45 years' of experience in the Banking and Finance industries. A recent addition to the Oxford staff, Sperti is a Vice President in Business Banking. Sperti received his Bachelor's degree and a MBA from the University of Detroit. Sperti's areas of expertise include health care, non-profit and Small Business Administration lending.
Mike Chatas joined the team in May 2015 and is Oxford Bank’s Senior Vice President of Business Development. As a small business champion, Mike has spent his time in both industry and banking. Mike has spent the past 12 years' delivering Small Business Administration and other non-conventional financing solutions to Michigan-based small businesses. Mike holds a Bachelor’s degree in economics from Bucknell University, and a MBA from the University of Notre Dame, concentrating in corporate strategy and marketing.
Genevieve Hall joins the Oxford Bank team with three years’ experience in commercial lending, and extensive knowledge in SBA lending. In her previous position, Genevieve worked as an SBA Loan Specialist, with expertise in all facets of the SBA 7(a) and 504 loans. Genevieve is a graduate of Kalamazoo College, where she received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Business and Spanish, and from Wayne State University, where she received her Master of Science degree in Accounting.
Brent Chittenden joined Oxford Bank in early 2016 as an Assistant Vice President of Business Banking. While Brent has only a few years' experience with middle markets, international and commercial banking, he previously had a long and successuful career working for some of the largest homebuilders and developers in the country. Brent holds a Bachelor's in Business Administration from Michigan State University, and a Master's of Business Administration from Wayne State University.
